Why we’re running the survey again

Last year, we ran the largest sales coaching survey ever conducted, revealing eye-opening data about how often coaching happens, its real impact on performance, and what reps and leaders wish would change.

Now, we want to see what’s evolved in 2026 — in a year where AI, remote work, and changing buyer behaviour continue to redefine how sales teams grow and perform.

We’re aiming to uncover:

  • How coaching quantity, quality, and frequency have shifted

  • The true correlation between coaching and quota attainment

  • What salespeople want from coaching — and who they want it from

  • How AI is shaping the coaching experience in real teams

Two tracks. One mission.

Just like last year, we’re inviting two audiences to share their voice:

1. Sales Reps Track

Tell us what’s really happening inside your 1:1s.

We want to know:

  • How often you’re coached

  • The quality and type of coaching you receive

  • What kind of coaching actually moves the needle

  • How AI tools are influencing your performance conversations

2. Sales Leaders Track

For those leading from the front — this is your chance to reflect on how your coaching culture is evolving.

We’re exploring:

  • How much time leaders dedicate to coaching

  • Which methods actually work

  • How you’re leveraging data and AI to coach more effectively

  • What your team needs most from you in 2026

Why your input matters

The 2025 report helped the sales community benchmark what “good” coaching looked like. This year, we want to track progress — to see if coaching cultures have grown stronger, smarter, and more scalable.

Your insights will help reveal:

  • What’s working (and what’s not) in today’s B2B sales teams

  • How leaders can create more impactful coaching habits

  • Where AI fits in a human-first coaching culture

By taking five minutes,  you’re helping shape the future of sales coaching.
