Our coach qualification process:

We pride ourselves on our roster of world class sales coaches, and are dedicated to helping your team excel.

Application

They tell us who they are as a coach and why they want to be a MySalesCoach. We study their expertise and experience, and validate it.

Interview

We find out their values, beliefs, style, process, and about how they would coach people to validate that they are who they say they are.

Role Play Session

We replicate a real coaching session to test their coaching in action. We confirm they have the right expertise, and are comfortable and capable of achieving our high standards.

Onboarding

We onboard the coach, ensuring they are set up for success with MySalesCoach, ready to be matched.

Coach Enablement

Learning for our coaches never ends. We coach them on best practices, listen to their coaching calls to give feedback, and give ongoing training.

Quality Assurance

All our coaches are given feedback by coachees after every session. We carefully monitor these to ensure the highest standards.
