The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager in the MySalesCoach team, and our first in-house marketing hire, you’ll play a critical role in creating greater visibility on-line, engage with our audience of ambitious sales professionals, activate leads, and generate a good quality pipeline.

You will be required to:
  • Ability to create and execute digital marketing strategies that are aligned with the companies’ objectives.
  • Help to execute digital marketing and email campaigns.
  • Lead the creation, set up, testing, sending, and reporting of email campaigns (nurture, newsletters, promo campaigns & more), and conducting a/b tests where appropriate.
  • Lead the creation, set up, and measurement of organic social media campaigns, always seeking ways to improve and optimise.
  • Carry out routine website reviews to ensure that the website conforms to web quality standards, based on SEO best practice, reflects our growing journey and is optimised for conversions.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page and bidding optimisations, automation, budget management, and competitor analysis.
  • Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against marketing and business goals.
  • Coordinate regular reporting to be shared with the CEO on campaigns, activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure online brand consistency, content production, and delivery across all digital platforms including (but not limited to) Website, Social Media, Partner/Medias, and third-party listings and content.
  • Research and recommend new ideas for compelling “storytelling” content to push through digital mediums.
  • Stay ahead on trends in email marketing and digital marketing.
What you’ll need:

Essential

  • Min 3 years digital marketing experience
  • A strong technical understanding of digital marketing techniques and technologies, including SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing, social media and content marketing
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns with clearly demonstrated ROI or positive result
  • Ability and potential to lead a team of digital marketing executives, supporting their development and ensuring their quality of work
  • Experience in creating, editing, and developing content for digital and social platforms
  • Experience with CMS systems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to work across multiple projects and tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain digital methodology and results to non-technical team members
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly self-motivated and work effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent time management, organisation skills, and attention to detail
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to measure and analyse data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent grammar and a desire to develop copywriting skills

Desirable

  • Experience and knowledge of the tech sector
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience of marketing automation systems
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies
